Право на връщане на закупени стоки

1. Right to return purchased goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may exercise your right to return purchased products at your own expense, without any penalties and without having to give a specific reason. You only need to inform us by email at boggencosmetics@gmail.com within 30 days from the date you received the product.

The products you wish to return must be sent back within 30 days from the date you informed us of your decision, to the following address: 15 Vasil Karaivanov Str., Karlovo, Bulgaria 4300

If you have met all the requirements listed below, we will fully refund the amount of the returned products:

1.1 Products must be unopened and in their original packaging

1.2 Must not have any signs of use, deterioration or staining

1.3 Include the original invoice with which you received the products or your order number

The costs of returning the products are at your expense.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not meet the conditions set out in points 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered back to you at your own expense. If you refuse the aforementioned delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for them.

Please note that all duties, taxes and fees you paid for the delivery of the purchased products (if any) are not refundable.

2. Complaints

2.1 A claim for a damaged shipment is made:

  • at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, this being noted with a note on the waybill and with a report of findings completed on site in two copies, signed by the recipient and the courier.

  • within 3 working days of receiving the shipment to the email boggencomsetics@gmail.com , and the order number must be mentioned and photos of the product/products must be provided.

2.2 Although we provide a 100% guarantee for our products* and the determination of the actual benefit from their use is individual, we assume that there may be customers who are dissatisfied with their effectiveness. In this case, please contact us to assess how we can help you. If there is a valid reason for a complaint, it can be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note that a hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to the goods delivered cannot in itself be considered a defect in the goods. Similarly, defects in gifts and other free items that we provide in addition to your order are not considered a defect.

If, when purchasing the product you want to return, it was accompanied by free item(s), you must also return them in their respective form (complete and unused, in their original unopened packaging)

3. Refunds

The refund procedure for returned products is initiated within 14 business days from the date we received them.

The time frame for refunding the amount you paid to purchase the returned products depends on the form of payment you used:

  • Cash on delivery purchase: all amounts paid upon delivery or on site are refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account.
  • Purchase with credit/debit card: all amounts are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made. The refund time will also depend on the policy of the card issuing company;
  • Payment via PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual refund to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
